Sustainability is not a single and obligatory path, but is achieved through the use (even combined) of materials and processes capable of maintaining a performing product for as long as possible and for as many cycles as possible (before being destined – inevitably – to rejection).
Today we have the best technologies to produce TPR, TPU and EVA materials with sustainability characteristics that are easily adaptable to market needs, to create products for a sustainable future: “bio-based”, “recycled”, “circular” and “certified”.

sometimes some defects are noticeable, but for us a recycled product has already achieved the objective of saving at source on electricity consumption, C02 emissions and virgin fossil raw materials

with the use of recycled material within 20% the technical-physical characteristics of the product remain unchanged.
With a use of 20 to 50%, a technical performance equal to 75% of that of a virgin product is achieved, which is still excellent for the majority of fashion products, where the technical requirements are less stringent.
